The IRS and Treasury have issued a Press Release late on December 29, announcing the second round of Economic Impact Payments – stimulus checks - are here. The earliest some were being deposited was Dec. 29 and payments will continue into early January. The first paper checks will begin to be mailed December 30. We explain.
