Bill Viola discusses the video sequence for Fragility 2.0

Описание к видео Bill Viola discusses the video sequence for Fragility 2.0

The second part of Nine Inch Nails' Fragility tour, titled Fragility v2.0 took place between April and June 2000 in North America in support of The Fragile. This tour featured three vertical LCD screens for three slow songs in the middle of the show, "La Mer", "The Great Below" and "The Mark Has Been Made". The visuals shown on the screens were provided by Bill Viola, a contemporary video artist whose artistic expression depends upon electronic, sound, and image technology in New Media. His works focus on the ideas behind fundamental human experiences such as birth, death and aspects of consciousness.
