3:57 7. You found a large amount of gold; looks like there is a note nearby.
4:16 8. The note ties to Countess Cindy Breaud to the smuggling ring. Chief Inspector Lutze would like to see this.
4:43 9. Lutze thinks someone around Mantle's Arrival must be moving the organ crates around.
4:53 10. You found a crate of smuggled organs a charr was carrying, and it looks like there is a note nearby.
4:54 11. The note ties Saturninus Deepsmoke to the smuggling ring; Chief Inspector Lutze would like to see this.
5:31 12. Lutze's finding point toward a sylvari handling logistics. Question both suspects: Ylani and Isla.

10:47 22. The note ties Jaxi to the smuggling ring; Chief Inspector Lutze would like to see this.
10:57 23. You should talk to Chief Inspector Lutze about everything you found.
