Hi guys
when Im working onboard a ship one time I crave for "Laing"
this is a Filipino dish originated at Bicol region which is the common ingredients is dried taro leaf and stems.

in my working area those ingredients are not available. One time I tried to cook frozen Spinach same like laing and it was really good after I cook it
I remember one of my crew they didnt recognice its spinach.

so heres my version of #laing using frozen spinach I called it #spinachLaing


all you need is

100 grms pork belly
sliced ginger
chopped or slice onions
2 tbspn of shrimp paste or bagoong alamang
1 to 2 kilo of frozen spinach (whole or sliced)
200 grams coconut powder or coconut milk
chili
salt pepper to taste
coooking oil
