Wet-On-Wet Watercolor Techniques using Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolors

Join artist Reuben Negrón as he shows us how to work wet-on-wet with watercolors using a selection from Winsor & Newton’s collection of 7 new Revival Colors. Throughout this virtual workshop, we will explore what watercolors are, how to use them to their fullest, and practice the use of wet-on-wet techniques to mix colors confidently and directly on the paper. Reuben will also be highlighting three of the new Revival Colors from Winsor & Newton: Field's Orange, Aureolin Hue, and Tyrian Purple. For this project we will be painting a humble mango. If you can, you are encouraged to pick up a mango of your own to paint from life but for those who can't, a photo reference will be provided.
