Step 1: SUBMIT INQUIRY via email: [email protected] or [email protected]
You will choose a specific package as indicated on our website and fill up the Request a Quote Form. You may also request for customized packages and just indicate them also in the following form.

Arrival date
Destination (Ha Noi or Sai Gon)
Type of tour (adventure, classic, ecotours, cooking class, bike tours…)
Flight details, if you already have your airline tickets
Number of persons travelling (indicate no. of child and/or infants, if any)
Your chosen travel package

Then, our reservation staff/agents will quote you our best price that will meet your requirements and send this quotation thru email provided.
Step 2: ADJUSTMENT
Upon receipt of our quotation, please carefully study the itinerary and quotation that we have prepared. After that, should you have any questions or further requirements regarding the tour program like kind of accommodation, diet, allergic foods, please feel free to contact us to clarify the queries. We will be pleased to make any viable changes to match the your requests
Step 3: CONFIRMATION, BOOKING & PAYMENT
When you find our proposal/quotation interesting, you MUST email to confirm acceptance and check reservation details if it is correct
You will receive thru email the BOOKING CONFIRMATION from us detailing the package inclusions, price, payment procedure and the REQUEST OF PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. The payment in advance can be done by credit card or bank transfer.

You must also inform us thru phone/text message/email once deposit has been made and send the scanned copy of deposit slip.

After advanced payment has been received, we’ll begin to book the tour package.
Step 4: DOCUMENTATION
Once full payment is done, a confirmation email confirming the receipt of payment along with the tour voucher, detailed trip itinerary and/or airline tickets, and official receipt will be sent to the guest thru email.
