'We cancelled Christmas' – James Cleverly's Tory leadership pitch

There are four remaining candidates hoping to become the next leader of the Conservative party. James Cleverly is the Conservative MP for Braintree and has been since 2015. He served as the Home Secretary between 2023-2024 and held other posts included Secretary of State for Education and in the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs department. On this episode James Cleverly lays out why he thinks the Conservative party needs strong leadership, the mistakes that were made in lockdown and why James would bring back the Rwanda policy.
