So friends today we prepare an easy, peasy cheesy recipe...which Kids n Elders all love...and we can easily avoid junkfood

As you all know how alternative of cheese is made and used in junk food...just playing with the health of people. So here I use Cheese product of Akshayakalpa Organic which is made from organic milk and completely preservative free...and without any guilt you can use for your family and kids.

So for this you need

3 potato cut into slices
1 cup rice flour
2 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
4-5 cheese slices
1/2 up boiled sweetcorn
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp periperi
