First time going against a Newton (Fulgur/Tonan) Eiffel(Fulgur) Titan builds. How is an 800 meters ability to levitate and a 14 sec ability cool down allowed to happen with an 800 meters Fulgur/Tonan max damaged weapon combo going to be neutralized? My Zmej Murometz did not a have a chance in hell.
