Welcome to my spur the moment video. The overall theme of this video is a reminder that just because homemaking described in the Bible is set up for the traditional family, does not mean you are not still called to be a homemaker. God will meet us exactly where we are at. We can still serve others and our family in that place we are at this very moment.

Italian & Cheese Bread Recipe:
1 egg + 1 egg white (save yolk for egg wash)
3/4 cup warm water + 2.5 teaspoons yeast + 1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup avocado oil
3 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (you can sprinkle more on top of the egg wash and cheese before baking)
After bulk rise, grate cheese on top of rolled out bread (roughly 1/4 cup - my husband said it needed more....so do with that what you may). Roll bread up, tuck sides under, and let rise.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes
*NOTE: After applying egg wash (1 yolk + 1 teaspoon water) sprinkle with cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes until the top is not quite golden brown, remove and cover with tin foil. DO NOT do what I did and cover with tin foil first as it will attach to the cheese and tear the top of your bread off.
