He has worked with Automotive Car OEM, Tier-1 suppliers, Manufacturing industries in Industrial and Capital products, Heavy Fabrication and Process Industries (has hands on experience in manufacturing - sheet metal shop – laser cutting, turret punching, forming/bending, press shop, assembly, rubber, plastic, foam, ceramic, vinyl, paint, textile/fabric).
He has conducted training and workshops sessions in India and Internationally for Corporate leadership, Top Management, Plant Managers, Shop-floor staff and Associates, Sales and Marketing Directors and Managers, Speaker in Various forums, Honorary sessions.

Mr Sharma is Certified in Management Consulting (IIM-B), Certified Lean Practitioner, Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Empanelled expert with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII-IQ) for consulting in Lean and Business Excellence.
He has worked on various assignments in cross country projects / Lean coaching in Japan, Australia, Indonesia, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Italy etc.
