Honestly, this fight was a bit of a letdown. Additionally, a hard mode bug permanently disabled manual saving. An update will be out along with this video that fixes this, among other minor bugs.
The fights beforehand are nothing special: groups of RiverClan + ShadowClan warriors. Just equip blue ribbons and focus on wearing them down on at a time (or use Thunder Storm if Longtail is level 35 or higher).
The way Leopardfur is supposed to work is that you need to keep her poisoned, or she will start to use River of Rage. Unfortunately, 12,000 HP is far too low for this point of the game, so I found it's easier to just kill her. So much for hard mode, but I'll take a quick victory.
