Just some of my random GoPro footage from the world famous Kop Hill Climb weekend festival.

The Kop Hill Climb is a renowned hillclimb event held in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, England. This iconic event has a rich history dating back to the early 20th century.

The climb was first established in 1910 as a competitive event, attracting top drivers and their powerful vehicles.

The 1920s marked the peak of the climb's popularity, with legendary drivers like Louis Zborowski setting records that still stand today.
End of Competition: Due to a minor accident involving a spectator in the 1920s, the last competitive event was held in 1925. Subsequently, the RAC banned all motorsport on public roads.

The Return in 2009: After an absence of over 80 years, the Kop Hill Climb was revived in 2009 as a non-competitive charity event.

Showcase of Classic Vehicles: The event features a stunning array of classic cars and motorcycles, from vintage models to more modern heritage vehicles.

Community Spirit: The Kop Hill Climb has become a popular community event, attracting thousands of spectators each year.

The hill is approximately 1.2 kilometers long with an average gradient of 8.6%.
Scenic Location: The hill is situated in the picturesque Chiltern Hills, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

If you're a fan of classic cars, motorcycles, or simply enjoy a day out in the countryside, the Kop Hill Climb is a must-visit event.
