This is a full build of the Roaring Knights armor from Deltarune! I started with the black knife, which was the original pitch in the Poll, but I decided I might as well make the whole thing. This project was CHALLENGING, not just in making the armor, but the final reveal at the end took about three whole days to record and edit(So hit that like button).

Materials:
A LOT of cardboard and hot glue
1 inch pvc for the base of the knife
Cereal box cardboard

“Cardboard layering” which is 1/3 water to 2/3 wood glue roughly(I just eyeball it) and then dip cardboard paper/packaging paper strips in and apply
Masking tape and painters tape(optional)
Matte black spray primer
Velcro strips
Two small pieces of foam for the chest plate strips(cardboard should work ok if you don’t have foam)
Spackling/spackle
Saran Wrap (for measuring and making templates for the arms and legs)
The helmets visor is made of this stuff called Perforated vynil(easy buy on Amazon)

I also didn’t show this in the video but I used some elastic strips to tie the thigh plates to a belt I hid under the jacket. The thigh plates like to slide down if not secured vertically.

Craft knife(Xacto medium blade)
Hot glue
