This is how I continuously spin from the fold with a supported spindle. With my fiber hand I hold the fiber doubled over my index finger. This results in a bigger angle in the drafting zone, which traps more air i the thread. More air=fluffier yarn. Also, the doubled fibers aim to straighten themselves out, which also adds fluffiness.

Spinning from the fold can be done with either long draw or short draw. In this clip I chose a long draw. With my spinning hand I lightly hold and let go of the thread to support the spindle, allowing the twist to enter the drafting zone. This results in a soft, warm yarn.
