Changing a motorcycle tire with zip ties

This video shows the complete process of changing a tire using zip ties. Bare in mind this is only my second tire I ever did and the first one is 1 year ago, so I didn't really practice this. It may not be the fastest way, but I did not need the use of specific tools, so it can be done by everyone without fear of damaging the rim with tire irons.
The tire is a Michelin pilot power 120 70 zr17
One word of advice : Instead of using a mousse, it would have been safer for the rotors to use two wooden blocks to lay the rim on while pushing the tire on.
