The BJP Has Destroyed Culture of Debate in the Parliament: Md Salim

Mohammed Salim speaks at the Convention for.... He talks about the ill motives behind the recent Higher Education Commission of India Bill. He assured that they would try their best to not let the bill be introduced in the Parliament and if it does, it will be sent to the committees. He further talks about the deterioration of democracy in the recent times and the climate of hot-headedness inside and outside the Lower and Upper houses of Parliament. Salim goes on to talk about why public-funded higher education institutes are under a systematic attack.
