Ingredients :

Marination :

500 gms Chicken (curry cut pieces)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

To Fry the Chicken :

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Other Ingredients :

2 to 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil (use as per your diet restrictions)
1 no Bay Leaf (tej patta)
1 no Cinnamon Stick (dalchini)
1 no Black Cardamom (kali elaichi)
3 nos Cloves (lavang)
4 nos Green Cardamoms (hari elaichi)
2 medium size (180 gms) Onions (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak-lehsun paste)
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder (dhania powder)
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
2 small size (120 gms) Tomato Puree (2 small tomatoes ground to paste)
½ cup Fresh Curds (whisked very well) (do not use sour curds)
2 nos Green Chillies - chopped (use as per your spice tolerance)
75 - 100 ml Water - (used after rinsing the fry pan)
½ tsp Salt - (or as per taste)
3 tbsp Coriander Leaves - chopped (for garnishing)

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
