One of the new endings for Look Outside where you instead look inside for the deep lore about the Visitor (and the forbidden knowledge Sybil had that will doom the world).

You get this ending by defeating Sybil for the red key that opens the final door in the planetarium room and reading the paper inside. To fight Sybil you need to attack her (I'm pretty sure not making the promise would also work but I saved over that file so can't say 100% sure) however the various organs scattered around the meat world make her quite powerful. You need to use iris keys to access different parts of the meat world to fight the various organs (each of which regenerate after 16 hours).

Iris keys can be pretty limited depending on what places you open. One is available from the meat world exit into apartment 12 (from reaching Sybil's boss room via attacking her) and another one can be found in the parking garage by searching the hole Darryl crawls out of during the blackout (I think if you defeat them you can search it after the blackout is fixed as that's when I obtained it). Entering the meat world from the Hellsword room has three keys available and entering the meat world from the flooded apartment or the women's bathroom on the ground floor gives another.

Other entrances involve bombing the rubble in Spine's room, the room with Mazes and Wizards (Lyle's apartment), and the TV in the wounded neighbor's apartment. There's more as I missed the lungs and brain but those are the ones I remember.

Be warned that if you attack Sybil she will no longer be available to save with. I got a message that I'd be able to save when waking each morning but never actually got the opportunity to save. I strongly recommend clearing as much of the meat world prior to accessing Sybil's area to have a save as close to the ending as possible.
