Super fun weekend even though the bite was stubborn at times! The main bite window I’m targeting was the incoming to max high tide. In order to truly learn about the area you fish at in a river system, you have to fish it on all tides to figure these fish out. Once you learn where these fish transitioned to and what depth plus cover they prefer, it’s time to hit them hard with everything you have! Right now the california delta is the place to have the most fun but if you’re looking for big bites keep covering water and eventually you’ll run into a jungle beast🎣
