WHAT! Driving around the world. Really? Yes we really are going planning to drive around the world in our 14 year old van called 'Trudy'

This is our first episode in our new Adventure vanlife series. We tell you what to expect from our new series. We are going to share it all with you, how we get both the van and us ready for our drive around the world. All of it - the good, the bad and yes the ugly!

This is the most challenging adventure that we have ever done and one that will definitely change us for ever more. Living in the van for a trip that will have 2 years is not going to be easy and will be both a physical and mental challenge.

SOME FUTURE PLANS

We are currently back in the UK and living in our Campervan Trudy as we get ready for season 3. We are going to drive our campervan all the way around the world ! We're going to share all the preparations and life in the van as we get ready to set off in January.

In case you don't know us - let us introduce ourselves - we are Chris (48) & Marianne (51). We are a married travel couple. We recently quit our jobs and sold our belongings to travel full time.

After more than 22 years of marriage we are still best friends

The aim is we are going to step foot in every country in the world before we die - or die trying !. So stayed tuned for more clips as we TREAD the Globe in either Trudy the TREAD camper van or armed with our backpacks!
