Ingredients:
1/2 a cup over ice of Malk Milk (almond milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a seperate glass:
1 tsp of matcha
2 tsps of collegen
a couple oz of water
Whisk or blend together
Add 2 tsps of maple syrup
Mix it together again

Next: Pour over almond milk

Strawberry cold foam recipe:
Heaping cup of quartered strawberries
1/3 cup of sugar
1/4 of water
Simmer in pan, mash when strawberries soften, remove from heat, strain

1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 to 3 Tbsp of strawberry syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend until smooth, but not stiff peaks

Pour over matcha and ENJOY! 🌿🍓
