It would for sure take a lot of luck from the Amtrak Delay Gods for this one to work out... We used our shared love of all things Americana to invent 5 challenges for us to complete in 5 different states in 1 day.

All the classic moments from American movies, TV and music that we were influenced by while growing up very, very far away from the USA went in to creating this video, and I hope that shows!

We ride between Boston, Massachusetts, Providence, Rhode Island, New Haven, Connecticut, New York City, New York, and Somewhere I can't even remember, New Jersey

For sure, given that Boston to DC only takes around 8 hours by train and crosses more state lines than that, it might sound simple at first, but we're testing ourselves at not just passing through 5 states in one day, but actually getting off the train there and seeing something.

This day was hugely fun to film, and a big shoutout to Marianne for helping to come up with the itinerary/challenges and not giving in even when it was pouring with rain on her wet socks :)
