If a generator is turned off while a charge battery is inside a turret, then turned back on, the turret continues to be powered by the battery rather than the generator. Removing the charged battery prior to be drained, correctly swaps the power source back to the generator, while letting the battery drain completely while connected to a powered generator, shuts the turret off while it remaining powered.
