Students of color encounter unprecedented challenges as they arrive on college and university campuses to pursue their future aspirations. Student organizations have emerged as essential spaces for dialogue on critical issues, mobilization against inequities, and the development of meaningful relationships and peer support networks.

Joining us this week are members of the East Carolina University NAACP and Richardson “Rich” Sturkey of the Coastal Carolina University Black Student Association, who will discuss how their organizations foster community and provide vital support for Black collegiate life.
