Disneyland Walkthrough- First of the Month at Disneyland! June 2024

Stepping into magic and starting our walk exiting Disney California Adventure, taking a few steps across the esplanade to the happiest place on earth…Disneyland! Main Street U.SA. is full of happy park guests ready to take in the Disney ambience. We make our way to the Partners Statue before heading into Adventureland, where stop at the Bazaar to peek at the Lilo and Stitch merch, particularly the many Stitch items! Who else loves Stitch? Let us know in the comments below. We of course pause at the Adventureland treehouse after admiring Indiana Jones’ foliage surrounding the entrance and temple of the forbidden eye. New Orleans Square looks lively as we navigate through the shops on our way to view the construction at Haunted Mansion and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. When we make it into Galaxy’s Edge, we find the most intimidating Bounty Hunter in the galaxy…Boba Fett (23:22)! We part ways after letting him know we’re lovers and not fighters. Fantasyland is packed as usual, but that doesn’t stop us from admiring Dumbo the flying elephant. When we arrive at Mickey’s Toontown, we head straight to the neighborhood in the back, home to Minnie and Mickey’s houses and Chip n Dale’s Gadgetcoaster. As we make our way back towards the El Capitoon Theatre, we spot Pete (44:29) in the distance. As we make our way around, we find that our friend Goofy is posing with friends near the firetruck. The sounds of the Pearly Band meet our ears when we arrive back in Fantasyland, so we mingle for a bit before heading past the Matterhorn and Finding Nemo’s Lagoon. It was so surprising to see the Matterhorn line wrapped so far back around the mountain, which solidifies the summer crowds have arrived (but you've probably already noticed that based on the crowds during this Disneyland walking tour 😉). We find Tomorrowland fairly uneventful, but were surprised to find Peter Pan in front of Astro Orbitor (56:42)!
