Topping Out Milestone – New Atura Hotels Oran Park

We’re pleased to share our topping out video from Atura Hotels Oran Park, the latest development for client Greenfields Development Company in the Oran Park precinct and the next development for hotel operator EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel.

The hotel development will feature 184 design-led rooms, expansive conference and meeting facilities, an outdoor pool and terrace, and a locally inspired restaurant and bar. The new development is positioned overlooking the newly designed Oran Park Town Centre and adjacent parklands.

A huge thank you to all project partners for their continued commitment and teamwork in reaching this important stage. We’re delighted with the progress achieved and look forward to the next phase — leading to project completion in 2026.
