You might recognize some of the B24s in this two-minute video, like Pete the Pom, the assembly ship of the 467th.

From historian Chris Gregg: "Almost all of the aircraft in this amazing set of videos are 389th BG. The first B-24D with the bad wheel/tire is Zoomin' Zombie. Also include are Wicket Widget III, Sweet Pea II, Sleepy Time Gal, and Delectable Doris. And Pete the POM Inspector was an assembly ship for the 467th BG, but it spent most of its combat career with the 389th BG as Heaven Can Wait."

I need to consult the notes from Tom Steranko, who was a squadron maintenance supervisor with the 467th, where he discusses some of what you see here. I'm open to add explanations from the historical experts who know what they see. More when I get a chance.
