This practice takes inspiration from my "Find Your Flight" 6-part series, blending poses such as Back Lean, Chair, and Silk Worm into a fluid vinyasa sequence using the hammock. As we journey together, we'll emphasize lengthening and strengthening the spine, making it perfect for those looking to improve their posture and spine health.
From setting up your hammock at hip flexor height, guiding you into the Back Lean, to the relaxing cocoon pose, and finally the mesmerizing silkworm variation, I'll be with you every step of the way.
