A Prayer for the Waiting

Is 10 minutes a long time to meditate and pray? It's hard to quiet our minds from all the distractions of everyday life.

Try quieting your heart by drawing a prayer. In this video, I use a pattern called "IDOZ" from the official Zentangle process, fitting it inside of a heart shape. **. Write your own words and prayer around the design or on the back. Pause at any time to reflect.
