OutRun 2SP - TMT Goal A 4'33"366 [11/08/24]

Version: OutRun 2006 Coast to Coast PC in OR2SP Mode
I've had better sections in the middle three and could have got closer to them with some better performance, but not fumbling the last section like in almost every single damn previous run [and a faster section 1] made me settle on this for now for the sake of my sanity.

Shoutouts to emoose for OutRun 2006Tweaks which, aside from adding a bunch of QOL features, added two days ago [as of writing this] a replacement server feature to restore the PC's native online functionality that was defunct for so many years. But in this specific video...it's mainly to make the game run easier as well as looking way better thanks to many visual fixes that bring it closer to the Arcade version- including a texture pack with cleaner HUD textures.
