1、 Overview

2、 Machine components
This equipment can be divided into the mechanical part of the bending machine, the PC end operation control part, and the driving mechanical operation unit part.
3、 Introduction to Control Methods
1. This device uses PC independently developed bending software to drive three servo motors equipped with drivers and deceleration systems for operation. The mechanical part is equipped with quick buttons for easy production operations.
4、 Precautions.
(1) When reassembling the grooved mold wheel, it is necessary to ensure that the height of the four wheel slots is consistent, otherwise operation may damage the mold wheel or profile.
(2) Before starting the machine for processing, it is necessary to check whether the two bending wheels are at the reset origin position. If they are not at the origin position, check which wheel is not at the origin and press the corresponding return to origin button. Be careful not to press the wrong button.
5、 Connection between CAD and software
When processing irregular shapes, simply draw the required size of the shape in CAD software. After drawing, close each segment of the drawn shape to form a closed shape (CAD software has a closing function). Select 2007dxf as the saving format to open the shape in bending software for processing.
