Many people say that the third-person mode is easier. You can agree, you can disagree. The fact is that the third-person mode is easier only if you defend yourself when you have a safe position and the opponent has to attack you - then you see more. When you decide to attack, you do not see an opponent who lurks around the corner and keeps an eye on you!
This is the art of TPP, which allows weaker players - such as myself - to acquire frags in TPP mode, more often defend themselves, and attack only when we have no other choice.
However, if I always stick to this rule - the game would become boring :)
