King Victoria Transit Hub Virtual Tour

Have you heard of the King Victoria Transit Hub Project?

Currently in development, this new transit hub will change the way people connect with Waterloo Region. Located at the gateway to downtown Kitchener at King and Victoria Street, the hub will connect all forms of transit (including rail, bus and rapid transit) and regional transit services ION, GRT, GO, and VIA in one convenient location. It's also the region's connection to the Toronto-Waterloo Innovation Corridor and part of a larger project to implement two-way, all-day GO service between Kitchener and Toronto.

The City of Kitchener is advancing plans for light rail and expanding intercity rail services so this hub will grow to serve as a crucial focal point for all modes of transportation and future growth. This significant investment will enhance access to this region, improve accessibility and grow Kitchener into a major urban centre.
