There are no formaldehydes used in the production of ModWood and there is no noticeable VOC's after processing.
ModWood is a member of the Green Building Council of Australia. The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) was established in 2002 to develop a sustainable property industry in Australia and drive the adoption of green building practices through market-based solutions.
Company Overview
ModWood manufactures a range of wood composite Decking and Screening Boards. ModWood manufactures and sells innovative wood-plastic composite (WPC) products, approximately 90% of the material used in manufacture of the decking boards is either made from reclaimed wood waste and recycled plastic.
Recycled polymer is currently sourced from high density polyethylene (HDPE) milk bottles.
As well as supplying the Australian market, ModWood products are exported to Australasia other overseas countries in Europe.
