Create Change When It Comes to Toxic System Ties is a three part series from @susangoldismagical. Becoming aware we have experienced being raised in a toxic system, are in a toxic workplace or relationships is one of the first steps. And next is to practice acceptance to hop out of victim mode and into our own life story. Addressing our bonds to toxic systems, or individuals, no matter how overt, covert and horrific, leads to living in freedom enjoying the life the Universe dreams for you. Growing up in a toxic family @susangoldismagical saw through the abuse but didn't understand until much later in life how that trauma would directly serve her soul evolution. Ultimately in adulthood she learned she was carrying intergenerational trauma and could clear it to be free. Connecting with her inner child was pivotal. As an author and transformationalist, she now helps other adults move through trauma from the heart to thrive.
