How Voltage Division Works (Series Resistors)

Описание к видео How Voltage Division Works (Series Resistors)

This tutorial introduces voltage division. Voltage division circuits (aka simple series resistors) are circuits that just have a single power source and more than one resistor in series. The resistors are connected head-to-tail, so the current flowing through each of them is the same. The total voltage provided by the power source is divided among each of the voltage drops of the resistors. The total voltage drops of the resistors is equal to the voltage supplied by the power source.

This video is part of a full free course on electric circuits. The course covers DC circuits, circuit laws, current & voltage sources, series & parallel resistors, nodal analysis, mesh analysis, and AC circuits.
