Hobi was incredibly hands-on during the "Hope On The Stage" era. His vision made HOTS a phenomenal experience for everyone.

Hobi's MBTI has changed several times, but the "J" remained constant in his results. Even though he is not very keen on MBTI, Hobi agrees that he is definitely a "J." For those who didn't know, "Individuals with a 'J' preference tend to prefer planning, organization, and closure in their decision-making process."

It was the "J" in Hobi that made him plan and organize his entire solo activities from start to finish. I mean, I have not seen an artist who makes an effort scrolling through social media to find the director for his MV. It was also through social media that Hobi found his foreign dancers. The "Hope On The Stage" practice sketch revealed that Hobi also handpicked his Korean dancers. Just like the "Killin' It Girl" MV director and foreign dancers, Hobi also found these talented Korean dancers on social media.

To be honest, it didn't occur to me that Hobi handpicked his Korean dancers. BTS is never short of backup dancers, so I assumed Hobi just chose which ones he needed for his tour. But the "J" in him wanted a specific type of dancers that fit his vision for HOTS. So Hobi started from scratch and picked a brand new team. Then, 17 days before the concert, Hobi met up and rehearsed with the first set of foreign dancers that he had handpicked himself.

With Hobi's hard work and creative vision, it makes so much sense that he planned and organized everything like the "J" that he is. From the concept to the dancers.

The "Hope On The Stage" practice sketch started with Hobi feeling awkward being back in the practice room. Based on Hobi's outfit, this was taken in November 2024, just a month after his military discharge. How did I know it? Because that's the same outfit he wore when he did the "Sticky" challenge in November 2024. But it didn't take long for Dance Leader j-hope to step in. These monitoring clips of Hobi are so impressive to watch.

Before I end this video, I just wanna share something that made my heart flutter. On August 21, 2025, BANGTANTV uploaded the "Hope On The Stage" practice sketch, where the editors called Hobi's team the "Avengers." On July 1, 2025, I uploaded my "Meet j-hope's Dream Team! Hobi Handpicks 'Killin' It Girl' Dancers" video, where I called Hobi's team the same term. Great minds think alike!
