Shredders and briquette presses from WEIMA are exclusively made in Germany and come from production plants in Saxony-Anhalt and Baden-Wuerttemberg. For over 25 years, WEIMA has been a leader in size reduction within the wood industry. We acknowledge that waste comes in different shapes and sizes and that every application is unique. WEIMA manufactures shredding equipment for the small carpentry or cabinet shops to millwork operations, furniture makers and sawmills. Our shredders can process all kinds of wood waste, including hard-wood, softwood, particleboard, plywood and MDF scrap as well as bulky pieces of furniture, window profiles, doors and stairs. Once shredded, waste can be transported off-site or briquetted using a WEIMA briquette press. Briquette presses can process a variety of materials without the use of a binding agent.
