Minced Beef and Onion Pie

Minced beef and onion is one of my favourite pie fillings. For this version of minced beef n onion pie, I'm using rich shortcrust pastry, rather than the hot water pastry I would normally use. You can make this minced beef & onion pie as individual pies or as a big family size one. Eat the meat pie hot from the oven, or cold.
