The International Water Association (IWA) brings together people from across the water profession to deliver equitable and sustainable water solutions for our world.

The webinar gave more information about the Learning in Kigali Initiative, a collaboration between NewIBNET and IWA that will award 5 Member utilities that have shared their data on KPIs and Management practices with Full conference package to participate in the IWA Water and Development Congress & Exhibition 2023 in Kigali.

Participants were able to meet and hear from change leaders from water & sanitation utilities from around the world on why they decided to join the NewIBNET partnership and how the NewIBNET-facilitated self-assessment and comparisons – on performance and management practices – has helped them drive their own organisation’s performance.
