I wanted to share this video with you cause as if you don't already i doing the Arma 3 Walkthrough on my channel and i get to this part and to be honest it was really unexpected from the game developers as there's no guide whatsoever how to fly a drone or i missed out and i highly doubt it, so i said i want to share with you out there whom of you are struggling to get this mission done, i hope you like the video and it helps you in any way whatsoever if it did, i hope really to sub to the channel and make it grow for more stuff and gameplays in the Future thanks a lot in advance.

Now you can see the steps in the video with the written so here i will bring it out more for you:

1. Grab UAV backpack and UAV terminal from the place shown in video.
2. Get out from the traffics and put the UAV in open space.
3. Connect terminal to it. (after setting it up) [Mouse Scroll].
4. Start Engine and Gain Altitude (fly it) [Left Shift].
5. Do exactly as the video and go to the exact place shown.
6. Set UAV on auto hover.
7. Press [N] to change vision.
8. Switch to gunner postion.
9. Search the hills and forests north/north east or girna (Behind the rocks).
11. If you still cant find anything move to another location. (Make sure to put UAV on hover again when you go to switch to gunner)
12. Once target is found hover targetting recticle over the evil AAF troops.
13. Select & Click on Take Control of UAV then Press [Left Mouse Button] keep aiming at the evil AAF troops.
14. Any question leave it to me down the comments.

To be honest this game is a lot harder then i thought it would be by far, maybe because i am a Girl haha even though it's not relevant, i hope my gameplay appeal to you and it's not that bad i hope you support this channel by subscribing as it's been more than 6 years and it's still at 3k subs :/ thank you.
