Like Red-Eyes tax/burn strategy against Maliss, Blackwing can also do the same. In fact, they may do it better since they deal 700 tax damage each (can reach 2100 tax damage each) and they have better/more compact engine imo. Besides, Blackwing is practically the f2p tax deck against Maliss, as the core cards are from Structure Deck and Campaign Reward (Blackwing Full Armor Master), hence you dont need to craft any UR cards to collect Tax from Maliss. I show how to collect tax from Maliss with this deck in the video.

Still if you have other UR staples like Maxx C and Called by, it's obviously better to play them as well, since they really help you to do combos or going 2nd. Also, if you have Dis Pater and Chaos Angel, I highly recommend you to play them as well.
