Explosive Foot Sweep Takedown Set Up for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Wrestling (Make Them Explode!)

Today's video is a breakdown of my favorite foot sweep to use for Wrestling or Jiu-Jitsu.

This is a great takedown and an awesome follow-up to the past two videos where we explored using the Over-Tie Slide By or Shuck By to clear out opponents' heavy collar ties. Refer to those for more details on the Over Tie itself.

This is another Low-Risk Takedown for Jiu-Jitsu as well because it does not really explore your neck or arms in the process.
