In this session, Leonard speaks of finding a balance between the timeless world of Now, and the world of time. He shares the importance for each one of us to bring ourselves into balance within the world of duality.
Leonard shares how it is possible to participate in the world of time, whilst remaining fundamentally grounded in Presence. He describes how Presence exists on a vertical axis, where we are able to open to being lightly present, and become more and more deeply present. As you become more finely attuned into Presence you will go beyond time and open into the eternal dimension.
He speaks of Awakening as an energetic process – where you come alive and relate moment to moment to what is here. He also shares the simple test of Presence and ‘The Prayer’ for awakening.
