This week Vanessa & Heather interview the incredibly knowledgeable Dr. Sara Pugh.

Dr Sara Pugh is an Anti Aging Specialist with a degree in biochemistry and genetics from the University of Leeds in the UK. I also have a Ph.D. in molecular mechanisms and biophysics. She researched protein folding (Dementia) effect of statins and cholesterol on the heart as well as dopamine receptors (addiction) and pain receptors.

Today she shares her wisdom on vitamin D from sunlight, melanin production and its impact on health, methylation and so much more!! Dr. Sara gives us her insights on Autoimmunity and how quantum biology lifestyle practices can supprt our gene expression!
