With the bugfixes, content and quality of life improvements the v1.3.1 patch adds, Redout 2 feels faster than ever. What better way to celebrate than to play the game mode for Speed? Where you need to maintain your speed to score points, with additional boosts on the track. Strategies differ from normal time trialing. It's okay to scrape, blow up, and boost aggresively. What matters most is SPEED! The fastest path is not always the best. The more you can boost, the better. There's diminishing returns above 2500 Km/h however. So it's best to stay near that sweet spot!
