Pyaz 150gms (onion)
Jaiphal 1/4 (nutmeg)
Laung 4-5 (cloves)
Hari elaichi 6-7 (green cardamom)
Javitri 1 (mace)
Kali mirch 1tsp (black peppercorn)
Kaju 10-12 (cashews)
Badam 10-12 (almond)
Nariyal ka burada 2tbs (desiccated coconut)

Lassan Adrak 2tbs (ginger garlic)
Hari mirch paste 1tbs (green chilies)
Garam masala powder 1/2tsp (all spices powder)
Haldi powder 1/2tsp (turmeric powder)
Laal mirch 1/2tsp (red chilli powder)
Dhaniya powder 2tsp (coriander powder)
Kashmiri laal mirch 1tsp (kashmiri red chilli powder)
Namak (salt to taste)
Tezpatta 2 (bay leaves)
Darchini 2 (cinnamon stick)
