Ingredients:
Dosa batter :
Thick rava - 1 cup
Besan - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Salt as per the taste
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

Tomato chutney :
Oil - 2 tsp
Chana al - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 7-8 cloves
Red chilly - 1-2
Curry leaves
Cumin (jeera) - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 big
Tomato - 2 big, roughly chopped
Tamarind (imli) - small piece
Kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt as per the atse
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Water for grinding (2-3 tbsp)
Tempering :
Oil - 1 tsp
Rai - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly - 1
Curry leaves
Pinch of hing (asafoetida)
