In this video, I will attempt to tackle depression as well as anxiety and stress. The causes of depression can be quite complicated, but I believe I can at least offer a potential solution to how to cure depression and overcome it. Of course I used to suffer from heavy depression, anxiety, and stress, so the solution is partially based on my personal experience.

Rather than boring you with my whole life story, I share my brief story with gaming and depression to attempt to convey mutual understanding of the pain before anything else. This is not a light topic to put out a video on, so I decided that understanding was the best place to start with a video like this.

Overcoming depression, anxiety, and stress is not easy because we get so wrapped up in our thoughts. We identify with our thinking and minds, and that is where I think the solution lies.
